(St. Francsville, Louisiana) - A homeowner has had enough of black bears on his property, and he recently posted in a Facebook group that one bear attempted to rob him of his crawfish.

Yes, bears like crawfish too, and one bear attempted to rip a door off a cooler to get to what it wanted.

In the group titled "Louisiana Black Bear Report," Mike Bennett posted photos of the large bear that attempted to get to his crawfish, and he reports that Wildlife & Fisheries hasn't done much to help him rid the bears from his property.

The black bear population has exploded in Louisiana, thus, that is why authorities in the state of Louisiana have brought back the black bear hunting season in December. Permits and tags are granted to hunters who apply for them, and in select zones, bears are harvested in hopes of getting the population back under control in the state.

In any case, as you can see here, bears can be a nuisance for some, and Wildlife & Fisheries reminds you to never leave food or trash exposed in your yard as it can be an attraction for the large wild animals roaming.

Here's a look at the "thief" who attempted to steal the crawfish in the cooler; as you can see, he's a big one.
